Ordering and return policies

RETURN POLICIES
If you would like to return an un-open, never been used products, or have an order discrepancy please ship it to our CelebrityPhysiques.com Central Customer Service Centre. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, however we will gladly refund your original shipping cost to you if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (wrong product, wrong flavor, etc). If you are shipping a product back to our company due to our error and require a new product sent back to you we will also pay for these additional shipping charges. All FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc) must be returned if an original order is sent back for a full refund. Full refunds may not be granted if these promotional items are not returned. THERE WILL BE NO RETURN AFTER THE 15DAYS PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Please contact our CelebrityPhysiques.com Customer Service Centre by email at returns@celebrityphysiques.com to approve sending back your return.
Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
Misprints
Occasionally misprints occur on, printed material, email promotions and on our web site pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake. Supplements Canada has the right to refuse any order.
Backorders
In the event that one of your items is out of stock after your order has been processed, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. We never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product. Back orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Any backorders longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for alternative arrangements.
Sales Tax
Orders delivered to all Provinces are subject to 5% GST with the exception of B.C., Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia that have HST applied.
